By creating an account or using AudioReview (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at admin@bandaid.dev if you suspect unauthorized access.
You retain ownership of all audio files and content you upload. By uploading, you grant us a limited license to store and deliver your content solely to provide the Service. You represent that you have the rights to upload anything you share.
You may not use the Service to upload content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights, contains malware, or violates any applicable law. We reserve the right to remove content and terminate accounts that violate this policy.
The Service is currently provided as a public beta. It is provided “as-is” without warranties of any kind. Features may change or be discontinued at any time.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AudioReview is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.
If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright, please send a takedown notice to admin@bandaid.dev with: (a) identification of the copyrighted work, (b) location of the infringing content, (c) your contact information, and (d) a statement of good faith belief that the use is unauthorized.
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, your data may be deleted after a reasonable retention period.
We may update these Terms. We'll notify registered users by email of material changes. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
